Installation Coordinator:

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire installation department. The Installation Department is responsible for recruiting and vetting of carpet and flooring contractors. Scheduling and managing installations. Maintaining superior customer service. Daily order maintenance and data entry.
In Addition to contractor management the installation coordinator will have supervisor responsibility of all employees within the installation department. Strong leadership qualities and team building experience is a must.

Installation Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee entire Installation Department
  • Ongoing recruitment of carpet and flooring contractors
  • Hire and develop all installation department personal
  • New order maintenance and data entry
  • Maintain superior customer service
  • Perform any function necessary to ensure operation success

What we are looking for!

  • Management experience is necessary
  • Carpet and Flooring experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent people skills is a must
  • A Competitive spirit is a must

Requirements:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
  • Must own reliable transportation.
  • Must be proficient on Microsoft office
  • Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume      and seasonality, in addition to  the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Job Requirements

We are looking for Carpenters with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.

  • Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
  • Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
  • Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
  • Own truck or van
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
